My daughter asked to start therapy after suffering from symptoms of anxiety and depression. At first, her anxiety was the bigger concern especially in social situations or public speaking. Her therapist helped her find tactics to combat her anxiety that helped her a lot. As her anxiety symptoms improved, her depression was more noticeable. The therapist recommended another session over the summer to help her with that. She seems very much improved.

I heard about hazel health through the school board. My daughter has been dealing with mental issues so i decided to go through hazel to get assistance for my daughter her first visit was supposed to be on 8/29 at 11am we waited 10 minutes on video for someone to come on and advised she won’t be available because she’s dealing with another student ok that’s fine I went to reschedule sent a couple messages and no response, I contacted support to advised the situation and they rescheduled with another counselor for 9/1 @7pm we waited 30 mins on video no one came on I sent a message to advised we were on video waiting to be seen and no response. I sent another email to support regarding this situation. this is very unprofessional and discouraging for my daughter that needs assistance and she was looking forward to this
