The counselor connected with my child in a way no other counselor has been able to do. She gave her amazing tools to use for the future and my child has been doing so much better and is actually happy.

After my daughter"s session was complete, no one got back to me for a month. I didn't know what was going on in regarding my daughter's situation. Timing was the essence as she was starting school. I finally called myself and got her medical record after two month.

The young lady would say she would send an email so my child could go on the link, but we never received the link. The lady would call on my phone and I would let my child take my phone so she could do face time.

My experience with Hazel Health has been very positive, especially in helping support my niece, Kailey. What stood out to me most was having access to caring professionals who took the time to listen to her concerns and understand what she was going through. As a family member, it was reassuring to know that she had someone available to talk to and receive support when she needed it. Hazel Health is doing a great job making mental and emotional health support more accessible to students. I truly appreciate the communication, compassion, and support they have provided to Kailey.

At 1st My child was apprehensive to talk to someone he didn’t know but after the first session he felt very comfortable and willingly shared any negative experiences he had in school. His counselor also gave him suggestions for how to deal with negative situations as well as other activities that he could do to help him to feel better when things were not going his way. I was happy with the help you gave him. Thank you so much!
