The therapist that my daughter had was great and connected with her. I did not like that I signed up for 12 sessions and 2 sessions in I'm told that the company "restructured their program" and made it a 6 session program.

After my daughter"s session was complete, no one got back to me for a month. I didn't know what was going on in regarding my daughter's situation. Timing was the essence as she was starting school. I finally called myself and got her medical record after two month.

I found that the service provided was not very helpful, but thanks anyways.

Both of my children received care, one was great the other was a waste of time.

The initial meeting was very productive. However, subsequent meetings were canceled multiple times, and I did not receive any feedback regarding the sessions. I would appreciate better, more consistent communication.

The service provided is great. However, I had no feedback from the counselor working with my child regarding how things were going, strategies to enforce at home or goals or outcomes. So I could not tell you how effective the time spent was. I understand confidieniality but for a service with kids, I'd think there should be some parental involvement.

I have had 2 children utilize Hazel Health. The service itself is convenient, but at the same time inconvenient due to the length of time it takes to get on the schedule of a counselor due to low staff. I have student athlete's and it was hard to find a counselor during their available times. It was also difficult to find a counselor that is a minority whom would be able to relate directly to my children. I did like the online method to chat back and forth with your counselor and my kid's being able to use their phone for the session. I would recommend the service to other IUSD parents if they were to ask me.
