They never send the report from school , what type of medicine and how much was prescribed

The customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no way to speak to a human being. All phone numbers are automated and direct you to the website or email. The website directs you to an email. Emails do not get a response. While the therapists may be helpful, it's hard to contact anyone if the service is bad. Hazel Health did not operate this way 2+ years ago. I don't now what's going on and it's causing me to look elsewhere for care for my children.

High therapist churn. Appointments cancelled last minute. Inexperienced therapists. Tried it once for one child and would not use it again even thought its free! You get what you pay for

I heard about hazel health through the school board. My daughter has been dealing with mental issues so i decided to go through hazel to get assistance for my daughter her first visit was supposed to be on 8/29 at 11am we waited 10 minutes on video for someone to come on and advised she won’t be available because she’s dealing with another student ok that’s fine I went to reschedule sent a couple messages and no response, I contacted support to advised the situation and they rescheduled with another counselor for 9/1 @7pm we waited 30 mins on video no one came on I sent a message to advised we were on video waiting to be seen and no response. I sent another email to support regarding this situation. this is very unprofessional and discouraging for my daughter that needs assistance and she was looking forward to this

The young lady would say she would send an email so my child could go on the link, but we never received the link. The lady would call on my phone and I would let my child take my phone so she could do face time.

All her appointments was missed I was told y’all had a connection with the school and would communicate with the school and that didn’t happen

I will never ever use Hazel health ever again! The therapist was horrible, very unprofessional and did not help at all… what a waste of my time when I could’ve just used my own health insurance
