The Medical Staff treated my child like she was their child. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. I do recommend Hazel Health to all families with children who may have any health concerns.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son has received from Hazel Health. As a 4th grader, he often has health needs that require prompt attention, and Hazel Health has consistently delivered just that. Every visit has been thorough, and I appreciate the immediate communication I receive after each appointment. This level of attention ensures that I am always informed about his health and can address any concerns right away. The convenience of being able to access medical professionals quickly has been invaluable, allowing my son to receive care without disrupting his school schedule. I hate to write this, but this has felt like a waste of time for my children. I feel that any therapy is beneficial, but this did not seem that it was. My kids lost their father (suddenly) and I was hopeful that Hazel Health would be a good introduction to teletherapy to ease into some longer term options with local counselors. The providers did not address their father's passing at all-which was the main concern for the consult. This was the concern that I spoke about at length during my intake calls. I told the original intake coordinator and spoke with each child's intake counselor at length about what happened, and nothing. The providers were very nice, but just not effective in my opinion. Based on my experience, I don't recommend.

My son benefited a lot from the therapy he received through Hazel health. It really helped him to open up more, feel better emotionally, he looked forward to his weekly meetings. I would definitely recommend Hazel health.

I have had 2 of my grandkids in the Hazel Health Program Dec. 2024 thru Feb. 2025 each child gets 6 session's and I/we absolutely love the staff and counselors have been amazing they are very helpful understanding patient and really care about the kids 💕 I recommend to other parents within the school district…Thank you all so very much for your help confidence and support.
