Porcha was so nurturing, knowledgeable, and caring. She taught my girls, not just about different emotions, but how to actually process them. She was always warm, and had a very fun and lighthearted spirit. While we’re grateful for the progress, we in fact miss meeting with her.

Itcwas a good experirnce doing therapy through hazel on zoom. My child enjoy having tgerapycat home she lioj foward to her weekly appountment.

I would not recommend this company. It seems like they truly do not take mental health as seriously as they should with children. Luckily I was able to keep one child in after they tried to unenroll here at no fault of her own, but I had to seek other services for my other child because the severity of his problems were not taken seriously.

My Son was frustrated to no end and his counselor was able to connect with him on a level that allowed him to gain new insight on ways to handle his stress. He is still using the things she taught him and he is better for it.

Started okay. Then our provider left Hazel. They assigned a new provider, but we didn't have any introduction. My child met the provider for the first time alone at school and was very uncomfortable. At no point in time have I gotten an update on progress or any kind of report from the initial provider. Just that they were leaving and someone new was coming. New provider gave up after one session where my child struggled to communiate because it was a complete stranger, then the provider left the session with my daughter in tears and discharged her care. Messages were sent to me on portal which I never saw. Very bad experience. Would not recommend.

My daughter can present in therapy as though everything is okay, but in reality she has severe panic attacks and needs teharpy to learn how to work through life's tough moments. I conveyed this several times to her Hazel therapist and she repeatedly told me everything seemed fine.... it ended up being a waste of time.

The main issue I was seeking therapy for my daughter about was not addressed by the therapist. When my daughter finally brought it up with the therapist, the therapist did not engage in a discussion about the topic. Rather she just reviewed techniques to help deal with stress - which my daughter was already familiar with. Overall, this therapy was not helpful for my daughter and did not help her achieve her goal for therapy.

An experience that helped me a lot, especially in my personal growth.
