Initially this app had a lot of frustrating issues which have mostly been ironed out. Outstanding issues seem to be randomly getting logged out, having to restart the app to continue watching something I've paused, and the app not remembering where I was in an episode. Also, I originally logged in through Facebook and paid through Google Play and wanted to delete Facebook and have the payments come out via direct debit instead which wasn't an easy change. However, customer services were always quick to respond, polite, and I'm really happy with the content for such a low price. My big dream is that they put shows like 90 Day Fiancé on next! Not sure if that's even possible but would be amazing.

They are scammers. I’m very sure I created one free trial account but I cancelled right away as it’s not all that. However I was still charged on a different account I DID NOT create. The company is so sketchy. How are they creating an account on my name and billing me? So I contacted them, they said they were going to continue billing me until I log into the account, they created for me and cancelled it myself . How was I able to create two accounts with one card? Make it make sense Hayu! Absolute shambles! Do Not Buy! Not worth it at all!

Was charged twice, once from the UK and one from Australia. They are very very unprofessional and deserve to be SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE A SCAM.

took a subscription out last year.m, cancelled in Jan this year. Payments still being taken from account, contacted hayu and gave all details. They have never responded. Contacted bank who told me payments were being taken in Australian currency. Hayu cancels your UK account and switched to Australian. Bank are now blocking payments and raised a dispute on other payments. Apparently the bank has dealt alot with customers saying the same thing. MASSIVE SCAM

Payments coming out of my account from hayu even though I unsubscribed. Had to call the bank to block payments and dispute payments. DO NOT USE FRAUDULENT!

Jeg bruger hayu ofte til at se reality. På trods af hvor meget jeg bruger siden, så er den simpelthen så dårlig lavet.. Den husker ikke hvilket afsnit jeg er kommet til, stopper med at virke, loader for evigt uden at der sker noget, jeg skal logge ind konstant etc. Den eneste grund til jeg stadig har et abonnement er fordi det er det eneste sted jeg kan se de serier jeg gerne vil se. Havde der været en anden reality-udbyder havde jeg skiftet med det samme!

Tried to log into the app to cancel subscription, couldn't remember password. Requested link to a change it 4 times and eventually got an email. Logged in and couldn't find cancel button. They say it's easy to find but it's not! Had to call the bank to cancel it once a payment has been made so the bank could find the company on my transactions. Awful money grabbing company!

Zero as well. They double charged me on an old email account that is not been active and I never registered with. Its a bogus site and they are illegal. Need to cancel my account now as they keep stealing 10 USD a month. Also, they look into your Facebook and steal your details from there as well. So be careful of these fake sites!!! I know the viewing is great, but they are not legit!
