HORRIBLE company with the worst customer service. They are completely rude and unapologetic. Signed up for a free trial to watch one episode of a show - cancelled immediately after but continued getting charged. Emailed them and showed my confirmation of unsubscribing but they claim that I resubscribed. Have not touched the app or website in months and they refuse to issue a refund. such a scam.

The app and website are AWFUL. Both crash, don’t load, don’t remember the last ep you watched, want you to login all the time, and freeze. Who needs a constant login prompt AND a pin code on a reality tv streaming app!? My online banking is more chilled. The website doesn’t even continue in full screen from episode to episode and has a really glitchy continuous-play function. The layout is super backwards - I just can’t.

DO NOT SUBCRIBE TO HAYU!!! I still want my money back!I subscribed with Apple ID through my phone. AND cancelled WITH APPLE! Still got charges almost one and a half year. One month you charged me twice! I am not giving up and I contacted my bank too! Your way of existing as a company is so wrong!!! Ripping off people who thought they had unsubscribed and through apple who everyone trust when they cancel through them! Why offer subscriptions through Apple if we cannot unsubscribe with Apple!!!??? Worst company EVER...HayU and NBCUniversal!

Constantly asks to be paired with device then I sign in and it says I'm subscribed but yet won't play the shows because it wants me to subscribe? What? It's the worst app, never have problems with any other apps.

Awful. Tried watching a series and the episodes would reach half way through and RESTART completely. Would NOT recommend.

Had my fingers burnt 3 times now with this company- utterly awful. Firstly they make it difficult to cancel the subscription as there is no cancel subscription button. When you think you have actually managed to cancel you suddenly find that they have taken more money from your account & try & claim that you never cancelled. Charlatans and robbers, don’t touch them with a barge pole .
