Trying to watch episodes and the episodes are out of sync every two minutes you have to go off the app and then back on it all the time for how much you charge for a month should be better then this

Not possible to give zero stars. But Rubbbish Rubbish Rubbish. I had an account before and cancelled as it keeps freezing, making you log in again and again and again. No binge watching is allowed on Hayu. Good luck even getting into your account. Honestly its better to use free pirate sites they are truly no worse than these useless bunch. I have paid 6 months subscription thank fully only £6 but as I cannot watch it that is still too much. My account says paid but cannot watch anything as their screen keeps telling me to renew my subsription. Tried emailing fb msging them. Tweeting. Nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Hayu is by far the worst streaming app I have ever used. I have not been able to watch one single episode uninterrupted. Whether it be a general incapability to load, or deciding to just unsync the voices with the video or if it just shuts down whenever it likes. This service may offer up all your housewives needs but it brings unwanted frustration to every episode and could be numerous times per episode, making this streaming app unbearable!! - I have done trials a year apart to see if made a difference - no difference over the space of a year - this app nexts to get its ‘app’ together.

Every single time you refresh you're taken back to a random season and episode of whatever show you're watching. The website looks and works horribly. A waste of a lot of great shows, but because most of these shows are exclusive to hayu, it leaves everyone wishing to watch the shows, having to pay a high price for a service that doesn't even work proberly. And the subscription part of hayu is just as much of a joke.

So bad , doesn't play, no help from customer service either

Been on hayu for over a year, even though I meet the same issues every single week when I tune in for a show: an error code stating the app has crashed, or that the server is experiencing a temporary fault. Watching a show on hayu, is actually harder than having to stream, unfortunately. It's not expensive, but given that it rarely works, I would have been pretty happy for customer service to lower the fee, or throw in a free month. Never happened. I unsubscribed today, after my 87th unsuccessful attempt to watch a show.

Worst service I have ever used. Seems to work like clockwork that people cancel subscriptions after a time, only to have their money still taken out of their account monthly afterwards. It is impossible to get money back / stop the monthly payment. Technically you've cancelled the subscription, so you are locked out of the service and cant even use the platform your forced to still pay for. An absolute joke of a company

I have used Hayu through Amazon Prime and it worked perfectly no problems. I am now using the Hayu App and I have never experienced such a poor performing app. Through Apple TV it doesn’t work at all, crashes every time you open. Through a desktop often crashes with an error message. I’m so disappointed the poor performance has ruined my viewing experience 🙁. I have cancelled my subscription
