Worst app ever. Constantly freezing. Have to reinstall after each episode. Really ridiculous. Waste of money

Disgrace refused to refund my money after being unfairly charged.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service or lack of should I say. I have ever experienced. Had issues with my app for 2 months. Every time I reached out I either got an automatic reply (that didn’t work) or was ignored. Yet they didn’t fail to take my money! I finally canceled through my Amazon app. 😡😡

Terribly designed app. The shows glitch, and you need to get out and go back in to fix it. The shows go blurry if you rewind, and you need to get out and go back in to fix it. If you press the back button on your remote (to get to the menu) it will sometimes bring you back a few minutes in the show. The shows themselves are good, but it is such a horrible app to use.

Was double billed. Managed to cancel the credit card one but not PayPal. Couldn’t cancel account. Tried to contact them three times via app - nothing. I didn’t even try to claim back all the money I was double billed I just wanted to end my contract. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst streaming app I have ever used. Constantly glitching. It is a complete waste of money. I honestly do not understand how they can justify charging people to use the app. There is a serious gap in the market here for someone to provide a better service. The shows are good but it takes almost double the time to watch as they are constantly buffering. Also why am I seeing ads for other shows when I want to watch something? I am paying for this service there should not be adverts.

I did the free trial. Just for one particular program. This program was longer then the free trial. Thinking ok £4.99 for one extra month. I am happy with that. As there nothing to really watch on hayu TV I can easily cancel after the program ends. As it states everywhere once free trial is complete, it will be £4.99 A MONTH. Nope I have been stung for £24.99 This is wrong on all levels. Now I have a subscription till June. Scam!!!!! Nothing is for free
