hayuReviews of hayu.com

As others have mentioned before, very glitchy, keeps logging off and worst of all: U PAY AND GET ADS!!! And as the cherry on top, u can't skip them & if u close ad on ur episode, IT WILL FORGET WHERE U WERE IN THE EPISODE!!! So in conclusion: You pay for Hayu, still get ads, if you try to close them, you will be punished by losing your progress on the episode!!! Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I didnt think it was possible for a streaming service with these big names available to be so bad... but hey, it's the only choice there is if you want to watch these shows... yeah I'm baffled

So many errors, need to keep logging back in after each episode. Most frustrating streaming platform Ive used.

Terrible app - most of the time episodes simply don’t work or are missing. Customer service unable to help and so paying for a service where trying to watch becomes incredibly frustrating. You either have to give up on shows or accept that, with Hayu, you may have to jump ahead episodes as those in between won’t play.

HAYU was cancelled on only day 2 of a 7 day trial…I double checked this and it was cancelled after following their guidelines and instructions. Within my rights! On day 8 I have since had TWO amounts of £4.99 debited from two of my bank accounts totalling £9.98 for something I CANCELLED. They refuse to refund both unauthorised transactions and they do not have my consent. I’ve sent various emails, screenshots and messages!! WORST SERVICE - legal advice has now been taken.

worst experience, please please do not subscribe, every time I try to connect, it does not connect the way Netflix or Disney does , completely not updated, not worth the money I pay at all, shocking compared to other networks

What a waste of money paying for an app that keeps freezing and booting you off saying try again later! You pay a monthly fee but you don't get a months worth of streaming because it's freezing and booting you off. I am moving onto another app as this one is useless and support team too are useless as they don't help with issues

Rip off and they ignore your tweets. I’ve been paying £5.99 for 2 years for a service that does not work. Apparently it’s been cancelled but the debits from my PayPal account would suggest otherwise. If someone who reads this review could advise on how to cancel, that would be great because HAYU sure as hell aren’t helping me. Requested a refund and ive been ignored. I’m hoping the Real Housewives franchise soon leaves this terrible streaming service.

Worst streaming service by a country mile. It's the only streaming service I know that promises to deliver episodes of shows on certain days and doesn't get through a week without an issue. It's usually about 50% or more that are late or missing or not working. I have tried with the app, through Amazon and NowTV. Customer service only fob you off. It's really shocking.
