Absolutely terrible! The worst streaming device and customer service. There is constantly an issue that stops me from logging in successfully. I was unable to login at all for around three weeks, yet was still charged.

I have been a Hayu member for years, only because it is the only streaming service that I know of that offers “The Real Housewives” series. I put up with the crappy app because of this. It is the most frustrating streaming app that I use, it often does not pick up the shows where I have left off, which means I have to manually punch in each letter of the show I want to watch and find the episode I was on. Maybe there is a better way to utilize this app.. but I have multiple streaming apps and this one is by far the worst to navigate. It kicks me out randomly, and lately I have been getting random ads in the middle of episodes.

Annoying adverts which cannot be skipped. Still can't delete downloads. Programmes good, user experience terrible. Hayu ignores customer issues. Been 4 months yet I still cannot delete. Guys user experience should be top priority !

Total scam by Amazon/Hayu. I had to call and demand a refund for this scam (which I did not knowingly subscribe to), on the basis that I have never received an email reminder for 24 monthly payments (at £4.99). I was first offered 1 month, which I rejected and informed them that I would raise a chargeback for the full 24 months. I was told to hold, and the agent (Angel) came back and offered me 2 months. I rejected and she offered 3 months. Again, I refused and demanded a full refund, to which she came back with a 6 month refund option. I declined this and demanded to speak with Hayu, who they repeat many times is "a third party platform". They wouldn't provide Hayu contact details and in fact completely avoided this request around 10 times of asking. I waited approx 10 mins on hold and was offered 12 months refund (£60). I again explained this was NOT a negotiation, and unless a full refund was given I would take further action (and file a chargeback) on the basis that this is a breach of consumer contract regulations, notably no monthly email billing/reminder was provided and no proof of subscription offered. After ANOTHER 10 MINUTES ON HOLD (total now 50 minutes) I was promised to receive an email to contact Hayu, and the 12 month refund. I will now contact Hayu to obtain the other 12 months and if unsuccessful, will dispute via Amex. Jeff Bezos you should be ashamed of yourself and this scam you're running.

If all you want is to watch reality TV this app is great. Honest review, I’ve been using it for years on my TVs and ipad. It’s a simple app with little technology but again if you want to watch housewives, loads of murder mysteries etc. So worth it… I use it more than Netflix for sure! I’m in the UK if that helps. Thank

So awful. It keeps freezing saying you're watching hayu on too many devices which is a BS. Doesn't save your show for you to resume even when you've added it to your shows. The subtitles are so poor and most of the time they're too fast and don't match the shot. So so bad.
