Avoid. endless problems: could not log in, videos would not play, sound but no audio and ADS for a paid service. Spend more time emailing customer service than watching anything. customer "service" is a joke.

They’ve been charging every month since for a service I cancelled in December! Do not use, they answer your first email ask you for your details and act as if you never had an account in the first place, replied to the the first email they sent with details and they resent the exact same email, I’ve been trying to contact them for months now and absolutely no response it’s shocking avoid at all costs, I now have to go to my bank to see if they can help me but it’s been 8 months now of charges that I’ll probably never get back, so upset at the treatment I’ve received from Hayu

I have been being charged twice for a few months now and I emailed them around 3-4 weeks ago and still no response!!! The app is also glitchy! The customer service is shocking. I will never get the money back now because they fail to reply and there’s no other way of contacting them!!! Avoid using Hayu at all costs!!!

Absolutely awful. They don't even deserve that one star. Their app is the worst app I've ever uses. It glitches, many of the shows just don't play at all (unbelievably frustrating when you're in the middle of watching a series and an episode just refuses to play), the sound and the video are very often out of sync, new episodes are promised on certain days/dates but then just don't appear with no explanation, there are far too many ads for a paid for subscription. When you contact Hayu, their initial first message always seems friendly and helpful but their solution is ALWAYS to uninstall and reinstall their app. Basically just switch it off and switch it on again 🙄. For £5 a month I shouldn't be having to do this at all never mind on a monthly basis. I cancelled my subscription today. If they're not prepared to provide what we pay fot then they don't deserve our money.

Great to access all the real housewives and the same day as US, but it is a disgrace that we are expected to watch ads for a paid streaming service!

This service is full of errors and the customer service is absolutely pathetic. I experienced multiple different error messages, the playback kept cutting out, audio/video was sometimes misaligned and episodes were under the wrong titles. Eventually I got locked out of my account and could not even log to use the service at all. I tried contacting the support email support@hayu .com multiple times but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. I had to continually contact hayu via social media so they could remind their email team to respond to me. The rare times the email team responded they did not help me resolve my issues and one time even said they couldn't find my account at all. I paid for a service that was completely unusable and was disgusted that no-one on the support team cared at all. After over a week of sending multiple emails and social media messages (which were rarely responded to and provided no solution to my problems) I finally asked for a refund as I paid for a subscription I couldn't use. My emails asking for a refund were ignored. Both the quality of this app and the quality of the service is so poor, no-one should ever subscribe, it is not worth it.

The app is embarrassing. And how dare they play ads on a paid service. Absolutely disgusting
