Worst UX for an app, and has the worst performance of all streaming apps I have tried. Hayu is lucky to have good shows or else they would be out of business. Although I often stop watching cause I get so frustrated with the app. Bravo should move all shows to another platform.

Half the time app doesn’t save which episode I left on last. The app on tv has a tendency of not working. Usually shows a message saying app is unavailable, have to wait a day or two till it starts working again or open through browser to watch like that. Consider this is a paid service I find the quality of it insulting. The idea of Hayu is great, shame they couldn’t execute it properly

Ive been trying almost 3 weeks for help signing into my app, still they got it wrong, no answer back since last week!

What’s wrong with this app? This company clearly has no issues with its poor profile and seems to have a distinct lack of regard for customer satisfaction given the complete ignorance of its poor viewing platform which from these reviews ( which will only be a handful of the problems) ascertain is a real issue. Each time I use the app on my IPad I try to open it again to no avail so result in deleting and reinstalling the app! Obviously you can’t do this if you are trying to access something you download to view offline because you are no longer connected to the internet!

Det er umuligt at komme ind, fejlmelding hele tiden. Svært at skifte password. Dårlig kundeservice.... Har de nogen??? mange spørgsmål muligheder..????Hjælper det overhoved ikke. De har ingen chat muligheder. Svært at melde sig fra....har lige gjort det, håber bare at de ikke trækker penge ud af min konto alligevel, som jeg har hørt. Deres eneste stjerne * De er dog hurtige til at tilbyde at man melde sig ind igen, når du har stoppet abonnementet... NOPE tak..

The worst app I’ve ever used. It constantly gets stuck on a loop of a random program and comes up with errors so you can’t watch what you try and select. I’m constantly deleting and re-installing the app… It’s so bad

Cancelled my subscription in February and received an email confirming the cancellation. Find out I've still been charged for March, April and now May despite cancelling. Immediately logged in, cancelled the subscription (again) to avoid further charges and contacted support for a refund with a screenshot of the original email confirming the cancellation. Received no help whatsoever, very generic email stating the cancellation was processed and I wouldn't be charged again but that they were not issuing a refund even though I had proof I cancelled months prior???
