I ordered their washing machine two weeks before my holiday trip to give enough time for the machine to arrive. The machine apparently was lost in delivery, and every time I asked and nudged about it they kept giving vague answers on having dispatched the machine and not knowing where it is. I asked for an immediate and fast tracked machine to be sent to me but they said they cannot guarantee that. They left me in such a stressful situation and they are an unreliable company. J ai acheté le lave linge Hava t02 a 249 €. Le minuteur ne fonctionne pas donc les programmes de lavage sont très très courts, moins de trente minutes et le linge reste sale et taché. Le lave-linge est beau et a l'air solide, mais le fonctionnement est mauvais, quelque soit le programme choisi. Même les quantités d'eau prédéfinies ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Je suis déçue de mon achat, j'aurais aimé avoir de l'aide car le service client n'a pas bougé malgré mes mails restés sans réponse et les vidéos envoyées à leur demande. Je ne recommande pas cet achat tant que le problème n'est pas résolu.

I bought the Hava R01 tabletop dishwasher over 3 months ago, I wanted to wait to test it out a bit before giving a review. I am not exaggerating when I say this has been life changing for me! It's taken away the one thing that made me feel like I was not keeping on top of housework while working several jobs. I just put in my dishes after every meal rather than leaving them until I had none left. I just use the jug to fill it up and have a small kitchen where it fits right next to the sink to drain. Perfect. After my friends see it, they also want one! Not had any problems yet. I did get stung by a fake Aldi site first by attempting to buy one there so watch out if you've come to check reviews and looking for a good deal elsewhere, I then bought this directly from Hava instead and very glad I did (as you can tell)

I simply can not fault the company,nor its products. I ordered a tabletop dishwasher,as I have arthritis,in my hands,now,and had constant communications,throughout. I am very happy with my dishwasher,indeed. I am almost eighty and this is the first,for me. My daughter came to visit,fell in love with the simplicity of it and ordered one for herself. It arrived within three days. Customer services are first class!

My mother ordered a HAVA dishwasher and I was so impressed with it's internal capacity, I ordered one too! Easily fits 4 full sized plates plus cutlery and other items and washes them perfectly. Incredibly easy to set up-no plumbing involved as it fills with just 5 litres of water into a tank in the top, jug included!! Just connect the waste hose, tighten the jubilee clip, and plug it in!! Outstanding customer service, support from time of order to delivery. Don't look at any others...Buy this one, it's great!!
