I bought the Hava R01 tabletop dishwasher over 3 months ago, I wanted to wait to test it out a bit before giving a review. I am not exaggerating when I say this has been life changing for me! It's taken away the one thing that made me feel like I was not keeping on top of housework while working several jobs. I just put in my dishes after every meal rather than leaving them until I had none left. I just use the jug to fill it up and have a small kitchen where it fits right next to the sink to drain. Perfect. After my friends see it, they also want one! Not had any problems yet. I did get stung by a fake Aldi site first by attempting to buy one there so watch out if you've come to check reviews and looking for a good deal elsewhere, I then bought this directly from Hava instead and very glad I did (as you can tell)

I simply can not fault the company,nor its products. I ordered a tabletop dishwasher,as I have arthritis,in my hands,now,and had constant communications,throughout. I am very happy with my dishwasher,indeed. I am almost eighty and this is the first,for me. My daughter came to visit,fell in love with the simplicity of it and ordered one for herself. It arrived within three days. Customer services are first class!

My mother ordered a HAVA dishwasher and I was so impressed with it's internal capacity, I ordered one too! Easily fits 4 full sized plates plus cutlery and other items and washes them perfectly. Incredibly easy to set up-no plumbing involved as it fills with just 5 litres of water into a tank in the top, jug included!! Just connect the waste hose, tighten the jubilee clip, and plug it in!! Outstanding customer service, support from time of order to delivery. Don't look at any others...Buy this one, it's great!!

Most recent experience with HAVA. The door on my dishwasher did something weird and stopped registering as being closed. I contacted HAVA and sent photos and videos. The replied within 24 hours and quickly diagnosed I needed a new door. They asked if I wanted a new door sent to fit myself or not. After watching the video of how to fit a new door, I decided to accept the offer, rather than having the stress of sending the whole thing back. The door arrived quickly with no delivery issues. Fitting the door is a 2 person job really and I had to get some help from family, but it's back working like new. Great customer service experience from start to finish.
