This washing machine is an excellent product. I used the previous one without heating for a year and a half. I've since sold it. I've now bought the second one with heating, and it works perfectly. One drawback is the drain hose, which is too narrow and makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, the washing machine is easy to operate and of good quality.

Nun wir haben lang nach einer Tischspülmaschine gesucht, die unsere Anforderungen am besten erfüllen kann. Dann haben wir ein solches Gerät bei ihnen gefunden. Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken, eine solche Maschine, über das Internet, von einem „ausländischen“ Hersteller zu kaufen. Wir sind es dann doch gewohnt, dass es in unserer Nähe einen Servicepartner gibt, bei dem man Ersatzteile bestellen und Reparaturen durchführen lassen kann. Doch mit dem Service, den Sie anbieten ist es für uns auch in Ordnung. Was mich verwundert ist, dass Sie ihren Kunden zutrauen „zumuten“ ihre Geräte erst mal selbst zu prüfen und zu reparieren. Bei uns ist das möglich, weil ich selbst Handwerksmeister bin und deswegen eben viel selbst machen kann. Wenn meine Tochter die Maschine ohne mich gekauft hätte, dann hätte Sie die Prüfungen und Reparaturen nicht selbst durchführen können. Was ich richtig gut finde ist, dass ihr Support gut erreichbar ist, schnell (und sehr freundlich) auf Anfragen reagiert und bemüht ist die Probleme zu lösen. Aktuell bin ich sehr zufrieden 😊

J’ai fait l’acquisition d’une machine à laver HAVA TO2 et dont je suis plutôt satisfait. Cette machine répond à mes besoins, pas trop grande et entièrement automatique (remplissage, chauffe l’eau, essore et vide l’eau avec une pompe). La machine a été achetée en précommande, l’attente a été longue mais j’étais au courant lors de l’achat. Après un essai, la machine marche très bien, après cela sera aussi à voir comment elle tiendra dans le temps. Quelques points négatifs sont toutefois à émettre, certaines parties semblent un peu fragiles, et certains plastiques pas très qualitatif. L’autre point négatif est peut être le livret de montage qui gagnerait à être plus complet notamment sur les illustrations qui ne sont pas très claires (en particulier pour la plaque du dessous). L’autre point qui m’intrigue est la soit disant réduction de cette machine, mais elle semble être toujours à vendre au même prix (-120€ que le prix de base) après plusieurs mois. Cela est sûrement une technique marketing pour faire croire au client qu’il fait une bonne affaire, la machine à laver ne vaudrait de toute façon pas plus de 300€ pour ce qu’elle est. Le SAV semble de qualité et réactif, du fait d’un retard dans la réception du colis j’ai eu une réponse rapide, signe de confiance. En conclusion, une machine à laver pratique, qui répond à mes exigences pour un prix correct. Bien sûr elle n’est pas parfaite mais le produit reste bien pensé et me sera bien utile !

Good customer service - true to their word. The design of the product is good. Unfortunately, the item we received was dysfunctional (LED Panel) and could not be operated. HAVA gave us various options to remedy the situation which we appreciated. There is no telling what happen to the product to arrive in a dysfunctional condition (i.e. package handling, transport conditions, etc.).

customer service was overall good, giving timely responses, and good instructions for how to identify where the leak was coming from. They just didn't believe that there were other problems going on than their first suggestion. Eventually I was able to solve the problem with some more tinkering.

Le lave vaisselle Hava et formidable, simple d'utilisation, il lave très bien même en cycle court. C'est un gain de temps précieux.
