Have been jerked around regarding receiving a CPAP machine for the past 3 months. I've had to call them multiple times to figure out what is going on with my order, every time they claim its cleared up and I should receive it within two weeks. Then nothing. This has happened three times in a row. I'm sick. I'm exhausted. I'm going with someone else. Don't waste your time with them because this appears to be their modus operendi.

I am a medical professional. I contacted Hart Medical for a new CPAP machine. It has been 1 week and no one can tell me the status of the machine. I have called 3 times and keep getting the runaround. I will never recommend Hart Medical to my patients.

Called four times. Twice was on hold once for 15 minutes and then over 30 minutes. Called and agreed to have them call me back. First time phone rang twice and we I answered they hung up. The second time rang once and when I picked it up they hung up again. Who is their customer service manager? That person needs to reply to all the complaints.

Keep calling to pay my bill but no one will answer the phone . Only says your call is very important to us but never answers the phone very frustrating , if I could I would give the rating a negative one.

This company is terrible. They bombard you with emails and calls to sell you more equipment that you don't need yet and at twice the price. They continued to bill me for equipment that was already paid for. When I called to complain, they told me they would follow up but no one ever did.

My Mom's oxygen concentrator failed in the middle of the night. We did everything possible to troubleshoot the issue. We used every single oxygen tank in the house waiting for them to come replace the concentrator. Here it is almost 24 hours later and all you can get ahold of is the rude answering service staff. My mom has been with hart for years but now it's definitely time for a change. They don't seem to care about anything regarding their equipment issues or patients well being.

My mom got out of hospital and was told to call in morning for oxygen machine to be dropped off. I work midnights and get a frantic call from my mom saying someone is at our door at 12:45am. I check ring doorbell and and man with clipboard is outside. I proceed to call 911 and found out it was Hart Medical. Needless to say YOU DO NOT COME TO A SENIORS HOME THAT LATE. She was terrified. I called and complained and let them know how dangerous that is. Someone could have got seriously hurt or shot by wrong family. Please reevaluate your policies. I have never heard of a company doing that. Especially with all the scams out there.

There is no way to speak with a representative when you call. They continued to charge me for months after equipment was returned.
