Misleading picture, limited returns
I ordered what looked to be cute (not cheap!) leather heels, only to receive some of the worst quality shoes I've ever seen. The "leather" is low-quality pleather, not even printed to look the same; the rubber is also cheap and different; and the wood on the heel is just printed on. When I tried to return the shoes according to their return policy, they discouraged me from doing so due to the expensive and slow international shipping. The only options were to spend more money or get a 15% refund. They seem to be drop-shipped knock-offs of another brand, and I wish I'd just spent more to get the real ones.
