This is a SCAM!!
This is a SCAM!!! I bought “suede” shoes that were not suede. This also not a US based company, you will have to send your return to china. They will offer store credit and other things but based on the very POOR quality of shoes I received, I don’t want store credit. And if they were sincerely apologizing for FALSE advertising, then they would pay for me to ship back my item to China, which is supposedly, an “easy return” as it says on their website.

terrible quality
terrible quality. not like the picture at all. the quality is disappointing. i thought it would be long and thick and its mid length and flimsy.

False advertising and prompt but poor…
False advertising and prompt but poor customer service. I ordered a pair of suede boots and what i received were synthetic and nothing like what was advertised and also the wrong size! For nearly $80 it is completely unacceptable, I have faux suede boots from Amazon that were less than half the price and better quality. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and offered to send back the shoes but they asked for $20 shipping paid for by ME! They also refused to refund and only offered a replacement pair, which I am absolutely not going to accept after seeing the quality of the boots they sent me.

A package just arrived today including…
A package just arrived today including three jackets. None of the jackets fit me nicely enough for me to keep. I cannot get instructions on how to receive a refund. They keep offering me to keep the coats and refund me 20% of the purchase price. Their refund policy clearly states that they will refund after the items are safely returned. Please help if anyone has suggestions as to how to receive a refund. This is a terrible company.

I am still waiting for my order I am not getting any clear communication from the seller about when my code will be delivered they are tracking system does not work and results in an error response I am very unhappy about this experience
