I ordered 3 pairs of trousers and sent 2 back because they didn't fit. Despite several emails in which I sent the parcel invoice, tracking number, and confirmation of receipt, I never received my money back for the returned goods. I will buy never ever again at this shop!

I wish I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I ordered boots which I’ve been trying to find for quite a while. I trusted this new website by mistake, ordered from their website and never got the order and now they are asking me to review the order. Like which order? Please don’t choose them. I’ve been looking forward to these boots and the website almost lost me €200 and asking me to review the experience. Amazing!

Lange Lieferzeit.

I ordered a pair of boots in October as Christmas gift for my daughter. On a Christmas Day it became clear that the size is wrong. I sent them back in December. Mid-February, no replacement and no refund. Their site is telling that the parcel was delivered 2 hours ago (for over a week now). Looks very much like scam

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband, they were two small. I returned them exactly the way I was told this was at the end of October. I am still waiting on a refund! I have emailed them 8 times and just get told they haven't recieved boots even though my tracking number had delivered to where it should have. Not a happy customer at all and will NEVER use this company again.

Good shopping experience overall. The process was smooth, and the quality of the items is decent. The delivery took some time, but it arrived within the promised timeframe. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would shop here again.

I received my order quite quickly, and the product is amazing! I’m absolutely satisfied with both the quality and the service. Highly recommend!
