These are shipped from USA which takes weeks. Also, the footwear sizes are American, not British, which isn’t made clear when ordering. Would not buy again

I’m giving it two stars only because it got to be quick but I bought a necklace and it’s not the chain that’s in the picture and the pendant itself is about 1 inch maybe an inch and a half and online it says it’s 3 1/half inches I purchased it specifically because I’ve been looking for a nice size cross on chain. I opened it and could not believe what they gave me. I feel completely baited and switched .

The coat ordered was nothing like I thought. Looks really nice online but once I received it, its cheap and look cheap.

Well, the garments that I received are beautiful and well-made unfortunately I made my order September 14 and I didn't receive the major part of my costume until October 23 and I'm still missing items. I will say that their customer service agent are very helpful and communicative immediately, but When you paid for premium shipping over a month seems excessive.

Die meisten Klamotten waren aus billigstem Material und nicht gut verarbeitet. Ein großer Teil wurde daher zurück geschickt. Seit über 3 Wochen warte ich nun allerdings schon auf eine Rückerstattung. Angeblich ist das Paket noch nicht im Lager angekommen. Gen DHL Sendungsverfolgung liegt es jedoch seit über 3 Wochen dort.

Come straight from China and they're charging you more money just to say that they're coming from this Gothic company the same exact products are on Amazon half the price no shipping charges and this is a sham and it takes forever to get to you so don't try to get it for anybody's birthday because you'll never get it in less than 2 weeks
