Finaly i received my order, 15 days later. Fortunately the quality is very good and therefore I upgraded to 3 stars, I would order there again but would keep in mind that the product does not come from the usa, which there site does imply, it comes from china. maybe they get 4 stars or five when the next order arives in time. Ordered something in stock on the 2nd of september, today the 8th of september not even shipped, they say usa but it is obviously china, i wanted to wear it on the 12th, that's not gonna happen. I hope at least that the quality is not chinese but will be like the detailed pictures. Update; got an e-mail today, on the 9th saying my order has a delivery exeption and had to call a number in china, got a chinese message and they hung up, i am pissed.

Would be five stars but the blouse I ordered was a bit too small and so I'll have to figure out what to do with that - if it had some stretch for some give then it would have been perfect. I love the look of what I ordered but it's not particularly wearable without risking tearing seams :( I think if I went up a size to xxl then it would be perfect, don't know if I can be traded in or what.

Les délais sont plus longs que la moyenne pour cette marque qui présente des produits sympas, aux motifs plutôt bien exécutés et aux styles originaux. La qualité est correcte, sans vrai plus, mais le tarif n'est pas excessif. L'atout de Hardnheavy tient davantage dans le design, et je pense qu'on y trouve son compte.

I am loving this shirt. The delivery process was not so good. Customer service was helpful.

Product was good, but next time please do not use a courier (canada post) that is putting up a temper tantrum.

Ordered boots on the 23/04/2024, said 7-14 days delivery time, didn’t say they were coming from China but whatever, it’s now been 14 days and they’ve only just been released from customs, evri still don’t have my parcel and they say they’re using 2 day delivery time, so can only assume they’re gonna be late which sucks because I needed them for a certain day and they aren’t gonna get here in time, which is the main reason I bought them. A bit ridiculous considering they charge a massive £17 for delivery. Will update when they arrive.
