Come straight from China and they're charging you more money just to say that they're coming from this Gothic company the same exact products are on Amazon half the price no shipping charges and this is a sham and it takes forever to get to you so don't try to get it for anybody's birthday because you'll never get it in less than 2 weeks

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a large and extra large tops which took forever to arrive. Upon arrival both were large. I sent both back immediately and was advised I'd receive a full refund and get reimbursed for shipping. They have only refunded me for one top and I've been fighting with them for over a month to get refunded for the other top and shipping. They have given me every excuse imaginable about not being able to refund the remaining amount to the original payment method. I have given them 4 different ways to provide the remaining refund and still excuses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bonjour. Hardnheavy me doit un remboursement de 61,90€ âpre une commande jamais reçu... à chaque fois il écrit que ça va arriver mais jamais arrivé... j'ai sacrifié cette somme sur mon aah seul revenu je pensais avoir de bonnes bottes pour ma jambe...

I was sceptical after reading these reviews. However I placed my order and received my items in various shipments. The boots I ordered were incorrectly sized by me. The customer service lady Yana was very helpful and quick to respond. My items of clothing were very high quality and a perfect fit.

This company it’s absolutely scammer just ordered two jacket wasted my time hold my money after just refunded don’t trust to this company…. I had a worse experience in costumer service …. If you can send the item why you take the money and holding for ages after cancel it …… so rubbish I’m from England 🇬🇧 Never ever see company like this 🤬🤯👎
