The shipping is so delayed even if you order it a month in advance. I’m not ordering from here ever again. I wanted to be ready with everything before the SNW festival in Fort Worth. I only got 2 out of the 3 pieces I ordered. My third clothing piece was a corset over-bust and it is still stuck in customs apparently according to shop and hasn’t updated since. Keeping up with tracking is horrible and they take forever to update. What was the whole point of ordering ahead if I’m getting it so late. Don’t trust the numbers or emails they provide for customer service. They never respond. What’s the whole point of having that information on your website?!

This company has a website quoting in GBPs but it's based in the US, so don't be fooled. It will take three weeks for products to arrive and you will probably end up paying customs duty. They won't cancel your order and customer service is aggressive when challenged.

Warning: NEVER buy anything from this retailer on sale—and certainly not if they advertise it as an “EU SALE.” I received a cloak that was impossible to wear because the shoulder seam was sewn together completely wrong, so I sent it back to the German return address they provided. Shortly thereafter, I saw a cloak of the same type being offered as an “EU SALE” on the retailer’s website and bought it. However, instead of receiving a new one, I received the exact same defective cloak that I had sent back to the retailer, and when I complained about this, I was told that clearance sales are non-refundable. When I objected that even a clearance sale—at least according to European legal principles—does not entitle the retailer to sell defective merchandise (in Switzerland, this would be prosecuted as fraud), I received no explanation.

Long shipping time, but product was perfect

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience is good to share. I ordered a gift for a friend, and several weeks later, I get an email telling me that the gift I bought had been destroyed in transit and was now out of stock. I was offered alternatives or a refund. I chose the alternative. It was delivered in less than a week. The rep I was spoke to was warm, kind, understanding, and appropriately apologetic. It was a great experience: friendly, professional, and kind. My friend loves their gift, and I appreciated both the price and the recovery. I will definitely be considering this shop for future needs.

The item is great. It arrived with the INNER packaging looking like it was chewed through when I took out the item a strand of beads fell out from the shoulder epaulettes. Not even noticeable but it will bother me. I reached out to return my BRAND new item. They said to file a shipping claim. I said it was the inside package the outside was fine. They kept telling me to send more photos. I did and they stopped responding. I now had to file a claim with my credit card company. They have a return window - just follow your policy.
