I'll tell ya what - I ordered some boots from Hardnheavy and I messed up. I ordered the wrong size. I got in touch with them about how to mail em back and exchange them for the size I needed. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was an easy return and I got what I needed. I really appreciate the helpful staff over there and that's why I give them 5 stars. Way to be, guys thank you

I’m giving it two stars only because it got to be quick but I bought a necklace and it’s not the chain that’s in the picture and the pendant itself is about 1 inch maybe an inch and a half and online it says it’s 3 1/half inches I purchased it specifically because I’ve been looking for a nice size cross on chain. I opened it and could not believe what they gave me. I feel completely baited and switched .

Company is a drop shipping company, they ship from China. I especially wanted to avoid this, since I’m very allergic to nickel so I want to make sure the stuff is safe. I contacted them about this and they said they make sure materials are tested but there’s really no way to verify this. On top of this, shipping of course takes a long time and was super expensive.

The quality of the clothing is really well dome and looks amazing. I had an issue with trying to get an exchange, and was helped quickly. Will definitely order more products in the future
