Was very fast und uncomplicated

Im very pleased with my purchase and would 100% recommend buying here.

I purchased a pair of sandals for £53 in February and it's March and I still haven't received the item I've written them 2 emails after the 1st email they tried that trick of sending me a cheap 10% voucher with some hollow apologies saying that there so called partners were on some kind of holiday and they are returning and will process my order. I finally got some reply after I said I was going to make buyers beware they then said because I hadn't filled in my email address that's what caused the delay which I find very strange all I will say is if I get a delivery I'm not expecting much it's taking over a month terrible not recommended.

Amazing store, never had a problem. Even more amazing is their customer support, it is TOP NOTCH. When I had issues they always solved them smoothly - shout out to Helen from their team, they’re my star!!

Their Product is very Well made and confortable to wear. There were troubles with my First order but not only have they told me immefiately and appologized, but aldo gave me a giftcard for compensation.

These are shipped from USA which takes weeks. Also, the footwear sizes are American, not British, which isn’t made clear when ordering. Would not buy again
