After reading more reviews while awaiting my package it decided I was not going to use the product. As soon as I received the package I emailed customer support to request a refund for my unopened product and have yet a get a response. I’ve emailed twice. I’ve already contacted my credit card company to begin disputing the charge and will follow through as I assume I won’t hear back for you.

I have been using the Happy Wags AIM Renal Defense supplement for my 5-year-old cat and so far am very happy with the results. I had her on another taurine supplement for several months, but she still had hairball issues and a so-so appetite. It took a couple of weeks for her to fully adjust to the AIM powder, but now the vomiting has stopped, she's enthusiastic about her food again and I think she has more pep. Obviously she needed something more than just the taurine. But so far both she and I are happy with the AIM results!

They put this on subscription automatically then didn’t tell me until the night before my next shipment. My cat will not eat anything with this on/in it. When I complained about the notice they said very nicely too bad, so sad. So I’m out $140 for a product that doesn’t work that I never wanted a subscription for in the first place. Completely untrustworthy company that doesn’t stand behind it’s product but rather takes advantage of how desperate we are to save our cats. Sickening late stage capitalism garbage they should be ashamed of.
