My cats will not eat their food with the Happy Wags powder on it. They hate it. Very long shipping and extremely misleading size. I would appreciate a refund as your ad states if not fully satisfied

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I ordered $55.90 worth of their AIM tubs and never got the products. The other day I got a random package at my door. My name, my address, and denture cream. I didn't know where it came from. I emailed Happy Wags to tell them it says my package was delivered, but I never got it. They sent me a pic of the package. The package they showed was the package with denture cream. THEY sent me the little box of denture cream instead of my products. I requested a refund. Ridiculous. They probably won't refund me.

Buyer Beware – HappyWags Nearly four weeks for delivery, followed by discovering I’d been enrolled in a recurring subscription without my knowledge. Cancelling supposedly requires an additional fee. The product claims “Made in USA,” yet shipped from China. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to use it for 60 days, despite their advertised 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee. I no longer trust the product enough to give it to my pets. Between the questionable labeling, hidden subscription, and refusal to honor their return policy, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

I just ordered several products for my kitten on Happy Wags. I want her to be as healthy in her life as possible. It was easy, and I got a discount code, too. Shortly after I ordered it, I received a text from the owner. My unit # didn't show up, and she wondered if there was a number that needed to be added. She saved me trouble of not receiving it in a timely manner. We texted and she gave me the email to ask any questions I might have. And I shared a picture of my kitten, too. My kitten will definitely live a long, healthy life with the backing of a wonderful company as Happy Wags! Thank you!

They set up a recurring subscription charge even though I indicated a one time purchase. I’ve sent repeated emails to their support office to cancel my account and subscription with zero response. I’d say this is a scam and avoid at all costs. Be prepared to cancel your credit card.

My 4 pets refuse to eat any food with even the tiniest amount of this powder on it. The jars are tiny (much smaller than the images in your advertising make them appear.) complete waste of money.

I made a bulk order to save money after seeing an ad. After ordering, I looked into Reddit posts about the company and promptly submitted an email within 10 minutes of my order to cancel. They didn't respond until two days later, a day after they claimed it had been shipped. It was a lie that it had shipped. Only a label had been created. On top of that, they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. They now respond once a day in an attempt to delay until it actually ships so they don't have to refund me. Now that I canceled the subscription, they want to charge me for the discount I received for the bulk order because it was supposedly tied to a subscription discount instead (this is never made clear on their website). I've taken it up with my bank at this point. These people are scammers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This helped quite a bit to be honest. I wish I’d found it earlier.
