Great customer service! Took a while getting back to me but understandable with a large company. I appreciate their willingness to work with my situation. They evidently really care about pet health!

Well, I have 3 cats, and not one of them will go anywhere near it! I’ve tried sprinkling it their treat foods, but they refuse to touch the food once the powder has been added. No complaints on customer service. They have been responsive so far.

The text sender was also a Janelle and she immediately made the texts more personal. Very seldom do I run across the same name as mine(spelling is the same too) and it was memorable.

They responded to my needs and canceled my subscription.

I can not write a review on swomething that hasn't been delivered yet! It has been 4 weeks and still no information! The delivery service is bad!

My 15 year old siamese PiPi one day looked at me and I could see his pupils were almost the entire size of his eye..he was blind! I quickly researched feline blindness and found that catfood no longer contains the proper amount of taurine needed by cats and can cause blindness. I quickly ordered from Kitty Supps for him and my other two cats. Then I found AIM that includes other necessary ingredients for cats. By this time PiPi was only eating 1/2package of bisque with taurine added and you could feel his sharp backbone. After being on AIM for two weeks PiPi is now back to eating his favorite crunches 3 times a day, you no longer feel a boney backbone. He has memorized where the potty and everything else is but still prefers to "perch" on the back of the recliner so I made a bed there for him. All three cats have perked up and "we" are pleased! Kelly has been so good to work with!!
