Pics were awesome. Too many emails about purchasing more. It’s safe to say 16pics is enough. The amount of emails is harassing

So I ordered 2 packages one with 12 tiles and one with 13 Today I received 2 boxes 1 box had 12 tiles of pictures of strangers/someone else’s order and the other box only had 9 of of my 13 tiles There is no phone number to call Custermer service and you have to send a message through the app and hope for a response for them to rectify there error I just emailed to let’s see if and how long it takes for response I want to update as of now happy title does get back to you quickly in an attempt to rectify their mistake I will update again once I actually receive the missing parts of order I have received my missing times and this concludes my updates

The company sent me pictures of random animas and cartoons. Very disappointed. I have tried reaching out to customer service. Company has reached out. The correct pictures have been received

I loved the immaculate processing, easy to stick on and off and the pictures turned out perfect. My bare walls have color, and history, and it is aesthetically pleasing. To top it, they have great customer service. My questions were answered within one business day. Great job, Happy Tiles.

I paid extra for a rush shipping order before Christmas. The website said I would have guaranteed delivery for 12/24. It has now been over two and a half weeks and I don't even have a valid tracking number. They gave me a tracking number about a weeks ago, but the package never went to UPS. It's still not not there after a week. My guess is they printed out a tracking number to shut me up, knowing they didn't have my order ready. The order is still nowhere to be found. They have sent me a follow-up email begging for more time (they clearly do not want to give me the refund I have now asked for twice), but it's already been two and a half weeks from the time of placing my RUSH order. The customer service emails are nice, but they are clearly doing nothing to rectify the situation. They are not pushing my order through and trying to get it out, they are doing nothing. They haven't refunded the EXTRA I paid for rush shipping, which would at least be a gesture of good will that they are trying to make things right. I asked for that but instead got an empty tracking number. I'm so disappointed. I could have ordered from another company when my gift didn't arrive on 12/24 AS PROMISED and had my order by now. Instead I'm stuck with a fake tracking number and a company that refuses to refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
