The site is easy to use. The pictures arrive in a decent time and the quality is amazing. I love the sales and the additional savings after purchasing portraits. They will always be my go to for tile portraits. I ordered in October and again in November.

I received an incomplete photo of what i requested, which was a short and beautiful poetic paragraph by William Saroyan. They sent me the tile with entire sections of sentences cut off. They also said i ordered it that way. Why in the world would I do that? Please use Mixtiles instead. They are far superior in every way including custormer service. They did it wrong twice and all I ask for is a refund of 100something dollars. You think they could afford that?

We’re really sorry about this experience. That’s definitely not what we want for our customers. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize again for the inconvenience.

My experience with this company was wonderful. I had never used this company before and I wanted to get a picture of my grandma and my grandpa. It was very quick quality work. Very nice people. Wonderful to work with

Fast shipping, excellent quality. Efficiently packed (minimal packing materials, but enough to protect the products). Looking forward to ordering again.
