Hi Angie, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. When you contacted us about the condition of the tiles, we immediately offered to remake the entire order at no cost to ensure you received the product in proper condition. As an additional option, we also offered to upgrade the replacement set with framed tiles to help prevent any potential bending during transit. When you asked about switching to glass tiles, we explained that glass is a different product category, but we were still happy to offer it as a discounted upgrade option if you preferred that route. Our goal has always been to make this right, and those options remain available if you’d still like us to proceed with a replacement. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re always here to help resolve any concerns.
