Completely disrespected me and sent me pics of different art and racist art at that. One photo says something about free homes for colored children and another one was a fully naked person and not the family pics I ordered. Will never order from you guys again. And I need my money back ASAP! This insane.

Terrible!!! Do not buy from them!!! They sent me wrong prints that had my pictures squished! I can’t believe they would even send them like that and then no customer service help! I email them back and it says undeliverable!! I can’t even attempt to get my $ back or fixed artwork after spending hundreds!! Update: Someone has messaged me and said I should be getting new corrected canvas! Their business support inbox is full and can’t accept any emails which makes them appear to be a scam. Will update if canvas arrive!

I'm giving Happy Tiles a one star because I cannot give them a zero. I have fallen victim to Happy Tiles as others have--I thought I was ordering Mix Tiles but was mistaken by the advertising similarities. Upon receipt of one half of my order, I vocalized my displeasure with the quality of the product. I feel that Happy Tiles looks very cheap--I paid $271 for 12. Immediately you are bombarded with offers to buy extra for as little as $89 for 12. Since I only received 6, I was asked to wait for the remaining 6 before I made my final decision on whether or not I wanted to keep them. After more than a month, I received the balance of the order but was still disappointed in the quality. I then returned the entire order of 12, the return was received and waited for my credit. The credit never came, emailed twice, tried to call but couldn't get a working number, etc. I have now disputed the charge with AMEX and am still waiting for Happy Tiles to conduct business in a professional manner. I am amazed at any positive reviews on this product--it is cheap, there is no customer service, and it is way over priced for the product. The only person that seems as though they are communicating with you is Amy and I am not sure she exists. Just frame your photos with a quality professional framer and avoid this company. Oh, now when I google their return policy it states there is a 50% restocking fee which leaves you paying more than some consumers ever paid in the first place. Ridiculous!!!!

Ordered and they arrived quickly. VERY happy with them. Lightweight. Had to reposition on wall and was a little worried they would damage wall or not stick again but it worked perfectly! We’ve had them up for several months without issue. Would absolutely get again!

Buyer beware! If I could rate them an absolute zero I would . This company is advertising heavily on social media highlighting the lower rates vs mixtiles . Well the few dollars you save isn’t worth the headache you’ll gain . I’m still waiting on an update on an order when after they admitted it’s delayed for unknown reasons . When I attempt to reach out to customer service it’s an email system ! In which they reply in 48hrs!imagine communicating with them and the response takes 48 hrs .. just ridiculous. I’ve been told numerous times my order is ready to be shipped and I’ll receive a email and still the tracker states the shipper has yet to receive my order . I wished I read all the reviews about the lack of customer service prior to spending my hard earned money on a company that doesn’t value the customers. Take a word of advise and pay for a company you can trust as happytiles is a scam . Just an update … After being contacted by the company they admitted to being not transparent about delivery specifically telling me the order would be shipped the next day knowing it would not ! Once again I was informed the issue was resolved and my order would be shipped but today the tracker number provided is now not valid .. So completely unbelievable.

I've ordered twice from happytiles and I've never been so happy and excited receiving my frames. I get a lot of compliments on them from family and friends! The customer service was top notch and the price so reasonable! I can't help but admire my frames hanging on my walls! Ordering was so easy!!!

To be truthful’ when I first tried to order I had some issues with the site but after contacting Amy at customer service she was extremely helpful I got 16 pictures framed for a fantastic price. Once I ordered it didn’t take long at all for them to be delivered. Once they shipped it only took a couple of days and they arrived. I was Extremely impressed with the quality of the frames and the pictures were exactly as I ordered. I immediately emailed Amy and told her how pleased I was with my purchase. I have always been leery of ordering anything off Facebook, but after I Googled them they were legit. As I explained to Amy I’m an older guy and disabled veteran and I don’t even own a computer. The pictures were of my granddaughters and my first time trying this. The customer service was awesome and got back with me in just a few hours. If you need framed pictures I highly recommend this company. And oh by the way the coupons I received in my order and the 16 tiles as they call them, but they are framed pictures as I call them and the deal they were offering on the website, was Very reasonably priced. One happy customer. And again thank you so much Amy for your help, your professionalism and kindness to go the extra mile to help your customers was awesome, I’ll be ordering again very soon.

Amy is a an asset to Happy tiles, She was friendly & helpful and made it easy for us to order our tiles and even extended an offer for us as we are getting Married and wanted to order photo tiles after our Wedding day. She is everything & more you would hope for in Customer Services! Thank you Amy! ☺️
