Not only were the bikes packaged well, FedEx had absolutely destroyed the boxes, i thought for sure there would be damage. Not a scratch! Bikes are awesome! After a few days someone notices the rear brakes were not assembled correctly, happyrun owned the mistake and are sending a replacement. I am buying 4 more for the whole family. These f18 2.0's are absolutely beast!!!! Totally worth the price.

We had an issue with the battery on our e bike! After a few weeks of different emails and tests they are sending out a new battery and we appreciate that! Thanks again happyrun!!!!

I’m extremely happy with both the product and the customer service! The bike is fantastic, with great design and performance. When I needed replacement parts, the HappyRun team responded immediately, sent everything I needed. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Huge thanks to the HappyRun team! Highly recommended! 💯

I highly recommend Happyrun to anybody looking for a great bike. They have great customer service and they helped me out with my G300 pro ebike.

We had some issues with shipping. I ordered two bikes. The first one came in two days, the second one took two weeks because they used the worse shipping carrier of all time: FedEx. FedEx kept bouncing the shipment around and not delivering it. Finally got it and advised HappyRun to use better shipping options. The bikes however are FANTASTIC. My 12 year old son and I have been ripping around on them in our neighborhood and back woods and fields. I put them together one evening, then charged them overnight. We rode around for two hours and haven't even got them down to half battery. Hopefully they last a long time but so far, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Amazing do attentative and the tenacity of these engineers and customer service is stellar. I can't thank happyrun enough for making life as a small shop owner manageable.

You all have been great getting my happyrun G100 pro back up and running from the new throttle, new controller ( when new controller didnt have the same 4 pin connector for the pedal assist you sent me a new round waterproof connecter that worked great for free!), new LCD screen with NFC cards. A lot of these parts were out of stock and when i emailed support directly you always seemed to find a part for me. Cant thank you all enough!

Happyrun was promt & efficient with a response on a crucial detail. Very professional & speedy response to all my concerns. So far I would definitely buy from Happyrun & tell all my friends & family to do so as well. Also I will update on my delivery & product review.
