So far my experience has been great! Got my bike, broke the footrest and these guys got me another one and now im back out there. The shipping was fast and the customer service was outstanding

The happyrun bike has been extremely helpful in my daily commutes to work. I can skip most the traffic and leave people in the dust. It is very comfortable and has bern a joy to drive. I would definetly recommend getting this if you want to save money on gas. Customer service is also great if you need any warrenty claims or support.

I’m beyond happy with my experience, with happyrun. I ordered the wrong style ebike. They stoped my shipment, and switched my order for me. Happyrun stayed intact with me the whole time.

Every time I asked a particular question I got an immediate response and luckily they had the parts I was needing and at first it was kinda non communitive but after my 1rst and second purchase things we to start vibing

So I have bought three g 100 pros my first one made it to 10000 miles before it was stolen I had to get another and we'll 2 is better then 1 so I got two these bikes are the absolute best for the price and I mean that customer service is awesome respond fast and the bike all of them so far have shown up within a week
