Easy purchase process Bike was delivered as promised.. however Bike riddled with electrical problems and the only suggestion I’ve gotten from your team was to remove the battery . So I have a brand new e-bike that is not rideable or safe according to your own staff.

I received my G70 pro, and have to say I was surprised at how heavy and well built this e-bike is, the only disappointment I had was I never received the cargo rack attachment that it was supposed to come with.

Other than being a bit slow to respond they were incredibly helpful and attentive. My top battery fried on me and it was investigated and shipped within a week.

You guys installed the stem wrong on the back rim you put one not inside the rim and one on the side i don't know how it held air

Nice bike. One reason I purchased this was because of the hydraulic brakes. Another reason was because I thought it came with an 18Ah battery. Unfortunately it doesn't. To be fair, in one spot on the G60 product page it says 13Ah battery included but in another spot on the product page it says 18Ah. I assumed (incorrectly) the battery had been upgraded and the 13Ah was an outdated spec. Other than that, no issues.

I recently wrote a review about the happyrun F 18 Electric bike. My review reflected what happened in the beginning, which was very negative and unprofessional.. Since the review was written, happy run has reached out to me and took care of my needs and also as a apology they sent me some extra things along with the parts that I needed to fix the electric bike bikes. So I am writing this review now to say that they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and also created a positive outcome.. since the bikes are only two weeks old. I’m not quite sure how the future will hold, but I will keep the consumers updated with the performance and quality.

Changing the G70 on short notice without front loading your distributors, it causes tension. The G70 batteries were downsized, I had no notice, and was not informed until I called the company on it! Could be perceived as deceptive. By downsizing from 38ah to 26ah, you've effectively reduced the range by approximately 12 miles. This is a huge difference, with no real price change. UL rating for larger batteries please. And the idea that you are attempting to comply with regulatory changes in some states is misguided. You are not the police force. Forcing a maximum 20mph speed on the screen is ridicules. Let the consumer make the choice. If I unlock it, I want to see the true speed of the bike, not some artificial number. Also, as a distributor that works on these bikes from time to time. Changing the configuration of the wiring, for example...the pedal assist connection is at the bottom and not the top at the controller is very frustrating when confronted with these changes. The swap out of the controller at this point is a big headache! As a distributor selling your bikes, if you offer freebies to online buyers, you should strongly consider doing the same for your wholesale distributors. Making us compete for sales from online free giveaways (pump, phone holder, bike lock, & cargo rack) are unfair advantages we can't compete with and stay in business. Please give us something.... I purchased the Tank G300 Pro. It arrived in just a few days and was fairly simple to assemble. The only issue I noticed was: the wheels need to be trued. Other than that, it is everything I was hoping for and then some. I would recommend this product.
