The company reached out to me when something on their side in regards to bike colour and even offered me a refund if I only wanted the specific colour they didn’t have in stock, bike is supposed to arrive today and all in all if I had the money or a clone of myself I’d buy another one

Company struggles to complete warranty requests. They will take as much time as possible separating the assemblies to tell you parts are not covered. The company sent me a vehicle that they had no manuals for repair. They installed a locked cover that was not to be removed. Proceed to tell me this is a consumer issue since they could not produce a video with the factory installed part. They ended up finally warranting out the part after multiple weeks( and pointing out that the product no longer was legal without this part) Either way still disappointed. I really hope this motor does not fail, I fear that even tho it's covered it won't be.

I loved my brake calipers i was able to replace once caliper and had to swap out the pads on my old caliper which im certain needs replacing but the cable end cap refuses to release itself so alas. It was relatively simple to replace and didnt actually need a video to do it! Im not very mechanical savvy. Recommend a allen t arm to save you some trouble!

I bought the G70P. Bike came packaged very well, simple assembly required. This bike is everything and more than I was expecting. I needed support and I got a response in 1 business day. The bike is Definitely as advertised! I recommend

Complete piece of shit. $1300 120# Boat anchor. Bike failed to charge after the first day. Contacted customer support with 1 return phone call with Warehouse person. And then the silent treatment. after 6 days NO phone calls or HELP with a warranty... The next phone call is going to the Better Business Borio about this company and Slender where ever anyone will listen....Youtube sounds good....Call me for a new charger or take this Bike back..... Call Mike Myers 845-797-0169 NOW!!!!!!!

7 months now and my Christmas gift to my grandson is sitting in a box waiting for a return label for over a month. Bad kick stand would not hold the bike up. 4 sprockets and peddle repairs. Code 30 electronic repair. broken handlebars while riding. 15 emails and nothing. They promised a return and replace or refund. Nothing! Don't buy a Happy Run bike!
