#5182864031837 Hello! Yes thank you for responding to my initial review of the mushroom fountain. I’ve given it a few weeks to try to give my cat Remy a chance to get acquainted to the fountain. She has had fountains before that she drank from so she is not a stranger to fountains. Like I said in the review your fountain has a much smaller drinking reservoir for cats to put their face to.. cats naturally like fountains because they feel like flowing ponds, but they don’t like their face feeling cornered. I think if you widened the puddle space of the fountain cats would probably like it. It’s been weeks and my cat has not drank from it at all. And yes - it arrived broken - whether from packaging, shipping or transport- the tree on the fountain was broken off. I would like a refund. Please give me a refund. It was order number #66208
