Shipping was fast and tracking my package was accurate! I also didn’t have any trouble assembling the cat tree- even with no words in the instructions, everything was labelled well enough for me to understand what I needed to do.

Edit: After Happy and Polly’s response I was able to solve the problem and now we have a cute small fountain for our one cat. Thank you again for reaching out. (Leaving old review. This is no longer an issue) I tried really hard to like this fountain but no matter what I do, it keeps spitting water out of the ears! Ultimately draining the fountain and forcing me to keep refilling it daily. Right now we have it inside a flat bowl, and my cat keeps trying to drink from the unfiltered water that falls out! I really don’t recommend it! It will make a mess.

Our kittens love the transformable cat tree. It is stable for two cats with lots of stimulating elements. They love both playing and napping on it! The clean design looks great in our home.

the cat tree broke within a day, the fabric was peeling off too, and overall this purchase was not worth my money.

The product received was not worth $5 but they charged me $20. And it took more than a month to arrive. The worst shopping experience EVER...

I saw there was a large sale on this site and was initially skeptical but decided to give them a go. I’m Glad I did! I bought a Pink Cactus for a family member and XL Jungle World cat tree for myself. My cats are obsessed. It holds both my full grown cats which at 5kg each. Thank you :)
