Love It
This tree is so perfect. My kitties love it. Especially my new kitten. She loves to sleep on the very top. It was very easy to put together.

Happy & Polly cat trees are the best
Happy & Polly cat trees are the best! My cats love these the most, shipping is always fast and the tree setup is always so easy. Best decision to only purchase my cats cat trees and beds from H&P!

Very Efficient Experience
Only came here to get a gift card, but left very satisfied. Sometimes websites can be clunky, even for the simplest of things - but this one was not. Quick, efficient, and straight-forward. Love it. I'll be back for more next time. Plus - I love the option to leave a tip for staff. Always glad to help out people around the holidays. Thank you! #5466886602845

Be upfront about costs...
While I am a big fan of H&P products (just purchased my second and third tree from them) the website is a nightmare to navigate. The prices on the photos are misleading, which I understand from a sales perspective but from a customer POV it comes off as disingenuous and flat out annoying. Then the tip function? Seriously? Why would I give you more money when you can't even be upfront about what I'm putting in my cart?
Response from Happy & PollyDec 19, 2023
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your loyalty to H&P products. We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with our website. Currently, the price on the website picture is the lowest promotional price for 3 items. And we'll take your comments into serious consideration to make our website more user-friendly and informative. We want to ensure that our cat parents have a clear and enjoyable shopping experience with us. And, you are not obligated to add extra tips if you prefer not to. It's an entirely optional choice. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to [email protected]

I love my spooky fountain!
I love the ceramic ghostie fountain! It's a perfect match for the rest of my home. My only complaint is that the USB end of the cord couldn't fit through the hole in the ceramic body of the fountain. We had to use an exacto knife to shave down the sides of the USB to fit it through, otherwise we would not have been able to run the fountain at all. Other than that, it's perfect!

Hello, We want to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced regarding the cable hole on the ghost fountain. Could you kindly send us photos or videos showcasing the issue you encountered to [email protected]? We do not recommend making any modifications to the USB part. Rest assured, we will promptly respond within 48 hours once we receive your email. We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding.
