Some of the parts to build the cat tree were not the right length, and one of the hammocks was sewn too short to use. One of the platforms was significantly smaller than the image showed online. We salvaged what we could, but we couldn't put all the components together safely. I wouldn't order from here again.

EDIT: happy & polly reached out to me and said it was a technical issue and sent out a replacement. thank you guys. the phone grips were really cute but i had left a note when purchasing about including a section in the grip and they didn’t include it 😭 so i’m really not sure if they read notes as they claim to do. or if they do read it, they don’t communicate with you at all if they can’t do something. so it left me slightly disappointed with the item when i received it.

Cats love the cat tree! It was easy to put together and looks so cute!

The tree looks so cute! It’s the perfect aesthetic for my room and my cat won’t leave it for more than 5 minutes. I’ll probably look forward to buying more things from Happy & Polly.
