The order came packaged well, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the final result feels very sturdy and secure! I love the look of this cat tower and the usage it gets speaks for itself on how much its patrons love it 😻

This is the first time I ordered from Happy & Polly and I'd do it again! I was pleased with all products and felt that the quality of the items were compliant with the price points. I especially am impressed with the cat tree. It is sturdy and stylish. I had put off buying a cat tree but now that I have a maine coon, it was either buy one or risk having him use my Christmas tree as one. It was easy to put together and had multiple options for configuration. Absolutely pleased with this purchase! Worth every penny and he loves it!

My cat's all time favorite! Stopped her from scratching up our human couch.

Placed a custom order (phone case and stamp) on Nov 3. Didn't hear anything until Nov 29 (I emailed them on Nov 26 to ask for a status update and on the 29th got a notif that it had shipped - that timing is likely not a coincidence). Package didn't arrive until Dec 20th.

Loving this fount, and so it does my cat. Works perfect and no sounds at all! 100% recommend.

This is a really cute chair and it would be perfect if the screws lined up properly. The screws for the back rest were not long enough and the holes were stripped. We had to get longer and thicker ones at the hardware store to make it work.

Only one stamp from my order had enough ink to work. The rest couldn't make a proper stamp print.
