I bought a cat tree from them and it’s one of my favorite purchases I’ve ever made! It was quick shipping and a very well made product!

The pet bed is adorable and I loved the concept and was super excited BUT it had no structure to it so it just collapses and my cats wouldn't go in it. I tried to separate them and offered them to my cats as a bed bed (mushroom top) and hide (bottom upside-down) and it was still a no go. Would love to test scratcher or trees tho!

Hello， We're delighted to hear that you found the pet bed adorable and loved the concept; your enthusiasm is greatly appreciated. Cats can be creatures of habit, and it may take some time for them to adjust to the new bed. We have some tips to help you get your feline friend to cozy up in their new bed: 1.Place the new cat bed in a spot where your cat already likes to nap or relax. 2.Encourage your cat to explore the bed by placing some treats or favorite toys inside. 3.Transfer some of your cat's scent to the new bed by using a soft cloth or towel that your cat has slept on. With patience and gentle encouragement, they may come to love their new sleeping spot. If your cats are still having trouble getting used to the new bed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via [email protected] We're here to assist you, and together, we can work on finding solutions.

nice product, great company
The mat I bought is good quality and easy to clean. Since I bought it a little before Christmas the company even gift wrapped it. I learned about them from Facebook. Follow them and check out their group to learn about all their great products and more.

Personal Attention
I needed to exchange a cat tree which required several emails and Evelyn, Kate and Jacinda were always helpful, informative and friendly. They facilitated the shipment of the Moonlight cat tree which was an instant hit with my daughter’s cats. Paying for the return shipment was a bit of a disappointment, but the exchange was based on aesthetics and my choice, so it was an understandable cost.
