Cute but issues with assembly
The egg design is super cute, but unfortunately the one I got couldn’t be assembled :( the bolt won’t fit into the bottom of the yolk. It gets stuck when you’re trying to drill it in and won’t move at all. I was so excited to get this for my cat, but it’s unusable because of the assembly issue.

Très bon service client. Après avoir fait une demande, Happy and polly a pu m’envoyer un arbre à chat en France. Malgré une attente assez longue, j’ai été informé régulièrement du statut de ma commande. J’ai reçu l’arbre à chat et il est parfait !

Spills even on lowest setting and is super loud
the fountain shoots water out so wildly that it spills on the floor even on the lowest setting. the fountain is also LOUD if its not fully filled edit: The fountain is loud if the bowl isn't more than 3/4 filled because the water trickles down and hits the water, not because of the pump. Also, I have followed all the instructions and installed the pump correctly at the absolute lowest setting and it spills constantly. This is just a bad product and if you go online other people are having the same issue.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that the water splashing and loud noise may be due to the water level being below the pump's water line, causing the pump to operate in an empty space and generate noise. Additionally, the water splashing could be a result of improper installation of the hose on top of the pump. Please double-check if the hose is correctly installed. Once you have ensured the hose is properly installed, try adjusting the water flow to a lower setting. This should help resolve the issue.
