I made multiple attempts to contact service to repair my window screens. They finally answered, and after two attempts they finally sent a technician to my house. He arrived and told me he had to take them back to company to fix them. He took them about six weeks ago. I didn't hear from anyone, so I tried to call them. Sat on hold for fifteen minutes, then decided to email a message. They promised me a return call in 24 hours. That was 32 hours ago. This is the worst company to deal with. They are happy to take your money, but when it comes to service, they could care less. I will never deal with them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, even my worst enemy.

Would not recommend this company for roofing! After what was promised to be 1 week for the start of roof installation from time of estimate turned into 3 weeks. After the scheduled day of installation, we faced 3 days of no-shows from the installation crew without any courtesy of a phone call with a reason as to why. Inconsiderate and negligent!

My initial review was very good (the sale, ordering and install) however the after sale response has been terrible! Automated phone system and electronic service request make it very difficult to speak to a “real” person. We are still waiting to get the siding fixed from the derecho storm, guess it’s hard to get fixed if no one calls you back

Hanson's did my roofing job in the middle of the winter of 2019....they ruined all my gutters and fascia, cut siding and installed the roof improperly, putting a vent one foot from the edge of the roof which made the roofing wavy, at the edge of the roof. My gutter over my back door was bent down so bad, from the roofer, the door couldn't be opened. They came back - put up a new gutter, and nailed it into the new roofing at the edge of the roof - ruining it! My siding was also cut quite badly where it couldn't be seen from the ground, which my son saw while installing a roof antenna for me. I called and they came out again, only to nail it into the fascia, it looks terrible, and drips down over my door and other places. A one man team, with no attention to detail installed the roof, and I also got a leak that recently started in the corner of my dining room. They came out two times, in February & August of 2020, checking supposedly to see what they need for repairs, with a promise both times, they would send a crew, soon to get the repairs done. I guess at this point it's time to get an Attorney. I would never recommend Hanson's over priced job to anyone, because their lifetime warranty is a farce! And their follow up service is unspeakable. There is absolutely no communication, and now they will not answer the phone!

I used Hansons to do some siding and shake shingles on our home. I wasn't too impressed with them due to the people in the office but the workers that actually did the job were great. Kelly is a real gem and really did an excellent job. HIs manager Shiloh was also nice to work with. He came to my home to pick up checks and did respond quickly when I reached out directly to him. We were very happy with the quality of work that was done.

I have water entering my home when called they said they would fix it never came back now they don't call me back after I leave messages had to hire new companies to fix there mistake

Day two of workers not showing up to install our siding. No messages left to let us know they wouldn't be here. We have adjusted our schedules with the expectations that they are coming and they just don't show up. I called several contact numbers and no one tells me why.

Chose Hanson’s to do a roofing job based on their visibility in the market and their guarantee. I should have know something was fishy when the sales rep disappeared on me when I made a request for a lower cost product... but another rep made it right. Things only got worse from there. A dumpster was supposed to be delivered the day the job was to start. Not only was there no dumpster, there was no crew. I called the company several times and never received a call back! The next day a crew shows up, but there is no dumpster. So I have trash and debris surrounding my house. Still no call until the crew hit a snag with a piece of wood. Next thing you know... my phone is blowing up! Once I talk to the person at the company, before an apology ever comes out their mouth... they try to charge me 5K to fix the wood problem. Fortunately, I had someone come out before I spoke to them to fix it and not slow down my job. Later that day, a little, and I mean little trailer shows up to my house that can only hold one small section of the trash around my house. The next day, the crew shows up... and still no trash removal or real dumpster so the have to leave more trash around my house. And guess what... still not a word from the company! The contract states clearly that there would be no trash. So here we are at day 5 of my little job... no bad weather to date... with extra vents that obviously should have been installed, a pile of trash around my house, still no dumpster, and no explanation. I will never refer or recommend this company to anyone. The same experience I willing to pay a little more to avoid is worse than what I would have received from the little guys. My next call will be to my attorney.
