We stayed at Hampton of Hilton hotel Barcelona. Nothing wrong with the service but getting ripped off with our second night being charged at more than twice the price as our first night. After deciding to extend our stay from 1 night which we booked online, I called the hotel to book a second night same room and I asked is it the same price I was told yes, even when I questioned our invoice I was told that yes an error had been made and a new invoice would be issued and my card would be debited correctly, 3 hours after leaving I got another email stating that the original amount would stand

Hampton Hilton Bournemouth has refused to give me a refund. I booked my hotel room through Expedia as I needed a disabled room there was no provision to find out what type of room the hotel had. As they do not provide a twin room in a disabled room only double beds the room would not be suitable. Not many carers can sleep in a double bed with a disabled person especially as they are not married. Like myself I cannot sleep with anybody else because of my illness but the manager doesn't I want to know no and will not pay back my refund. I rang him on the same day making sure that there was no problem. They also have a sister hotel the Hilton in Bournemouth which has suitability and are happy to take me. The manager deliberately wants to create harm ! I have contacted citizens advice and they said he is acting illegally . I have also contacted my card company and they are willing to assist as they feel that the manager is acting irresponsible. How can Hilton group want to hurt disabled people. ? If I cannot be transferred surely a refund is only the fairest thing to be done under the circumstances they cannot provide a room ? Name under Vallard

Nice staff very helpful.But the room was is freezing I'm.getting flue my dog is freezing as well .I asknthem to turn the heat 3 times .But it still feels like its off when you go down stairs it's warm.This isn't exspectable because of my arthritis is very bad.Breakfast was nice good service nice managner.Also.the noise from refegrees you can't sleep .

Omg! Hampton Inn Flemington NJ. I drove 2 hrs from Pennsylvania for 3 pm check for a room reserved over a week ago. I arrived at the front desk at 330 pm and was greeted by an older gentleman named Morgan. At that time he told me the room was not ready, it would take a half hr. He asked me to sit down and wait so we did so. The next customer in line tries to get his key and check in. There was in issue with his check inn and there was no room ready for this guy. He was not happy and demanded the room He reserved. Morgan asked the guy to sit and wait just like he asked me to sit and wait. The guy refused to sit down and wait that he would not leave the line until he had a room key. Morgan stared at the computer screen arguing back and forth with this guy for 45 mins about why the guys room was not ready. By this time, the half hr I was told to wait for my room to be cleaned had turned into an hr and a half! My plans to be at a party that started at 230 were being completely ruined bc of this mess. Then Morgan gives the guy who refused to sit down and wait a room key before me. At this point I get a little more impatient bc I saw Morgan give this guy a room key before me just bc he wad yelling and screaming. At this point Morgan still doesn't have a room ready and says I need to wait 10 more minutes for my room. Because of all this my plans for this weekend have been ruined and I wish I would have picked a different hotel. Even with the obvious mistakes made by Hampton Inn Flemington NJ, Morgan offered no compensation for any of the 2 hr inconvenience!

Bed Bugs! This pains me to write this I've been Hilton Diamond for several years and go out of my way to stay at Hilton properties from Chicago to London and everywhere in between. But they screwed up and refuse to resolve it in a simple way - just make us whole. The room at Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Juliet, TN (5001 Crossings Circle) was infested with bed bugs - crawling on the wall and counter, etc. We checked in late at night & didn't see them until the next morning. We immediately told and showed the manager and housekeeping they did not seem surprised at all. Happy to attach the Pictures if Trustpilot has a way for that. They said they could refund the room cost but refused to help us clean up the issue to be made whole. They refused to do anything else. Upon contacting bed bug treatment companies the proper treatment we were told for luggage was to replace it (there went $200) because you can't fully remove them and clothing was to wash on hot however we had to buy 1 set of clothes new that we could wear while our clothes were washing (~$10+ for commercial washing). So we bought cheap clothes to wear so we weren't naked while our clothes washed. So we simply requested reimbursement for those costs. Nothing crazy just a reasonable solution. Hampton & Hampton corp. Diamond desk refused to help cover those costs. Really disappointing. They said have a free night certificate - I said 'I don't want want a certificate, I simply want you to reimburse the receipts for our legitimate expenses to solve this problem the property caused.' They sent a certificate anyway and then said 'you've been compensated' even when I said I'd send it back. I've stayed at Hilton properties of all types all over the world as well as Marriott and never encountered this disgusting experience or seen this disregard for the customer. They used to have great service and would focus on ensuring any guest issues that arose were resolved.

We booked and we paid for 3 nights at the Hampton Hilton Hotel in Hamilton Scotland for and we left, (out of pocket), after just 2 nights because of the, (at best tolerated and at worst encouraged), abuse of the limited number of disable parking places by able bodied guests especially those with children. We had previously stayed at this hotel, (which is still quite a good hotel with good staff), before and at that time disabled guests did not have a parking issue but the hotel now encourages children and animals and the staff effectively turn a blind eye to abuse of the disabled parking places making access for disabled guests extremely difficult.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Bristol airport at the beginning of October. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable. The food was awful. This is the second time we have stayed there and it wasn’t great the first time. Everything tastes reheated, processed or fried. My pasta sauce tasted like something you might find in a jar, not what I expected for the venue or the price. Hilton are missing a trick here, most people who stay are a captive audience, unless they want to drive or taxi somewhere else. I won’t be eating here again and won’t be staying here because of that. The pillows are far too soft, really difficult to get comfortable. Feather pillows are ok at home for some, but these don’t work.
