So... I booked my stay for 2 weeks in Hilton Prague. At the time of the booking nobody informed me that they will charge "deposit" of 50 euro per night, per person (2 people)... So it came to additional 1400 eur. Of course they unblock the amount when we left but suddenly from 2000 eur that I was meant to pay at the check in I had to pay 3400... Another thing... Each time we ordered room service there was something wrong... Items missing, wrong orders etc. We ordered 4 times and 4 times there was something wrong with it... House keeping- I left 20 euro on the desk with the note that it is for house keeping (after second night) and of course house keeping took the money and they just made the beds... Stain from the glass on the table was there, dust everywhere, towels were not changed... This is not what I was expecting from Hilton... The only positive thing was parking... Many parking places. Also gym, swimming pool and spa... But that is about it...

Was promised 500 points for listening to a sales pitch, listened to it as was requested (on speakerphone in front of several people who are also frequent travellers) and was denied the points. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and really makes me not trust Hilton. If you're going to promise 500 Hilton Honors Points and you waste my time you had better provide the points! Not happy with you at all, about to leave reviews on Google and Tripadvisor. Then I was placed on hold by the sales rep for 10 minutes who hung up after the hold. ZERO STAR SERVICE it's hard to believe how far you have gone downhill. BAD BAD BAD. That's basically a telemarketing scam and certainly not worthy of the Hilton name!

I stayed at the Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi and was so disappointed. No air conditioning. When I complained the Manager in charge told me I should "just leave" the hotel if I am unhappy (he actually said I was the only unhappy cusotmer) even though I had prepaid for several night. One Manager tried to make it better by offering me entrance into the Executive Lounge (from 6-8 PM a night, serving snacks and drinks, only). When that Manager was off, the other Manager (who told me to leave) disabled my key so that I could no longer get into the Executive Lounge. Such terrible, awful customer service. Plus, Hilton has been made aware and HAS NOT DONE A THING, NOR CONTACTED ME OR APOLOGIZED. Don't use Hilton. EVER.

Really have had no issues with them. We do seek them out while traveling as they are usually close to a lot of activities. Use to enjoy the continental breakfast. My only is when we call that morning to make a reservation, I always ask if the pool is open and so for. Many of the times we have checked in about 4 only to find it closed and be told it has been for weeks. Very disappointing to everyone in the travel party.

I spent a night at the Hampton Inn @ San Diego Downtown, on 24th February 2022, which was a booking through Hotels.com and was paid in full on booking. (9179784109763) Reception took a holding deposit from my card for the full amount for the night I was staying. It was confirmed the next morning on checkout that it would be put back on my card. It is now 14 days later and I still do not have my money back. I have tried to get in touch with them via email which they ignore, and Hotels.com have contacted them, they claim to have taken payment "in error" and that they reinstated it on 25th February, but this is simply not the case. I NEED my money back, and I need someone to make contact with me. This is appalling service from an international company. I spend a lot of time travelling and this has never happened before, it has certainly put me off using this chain again.

So I stayed at the hampton by hilton on broad street and not happy at all. Someone came into our room and stole a very expensive perfume bottle, the staff were no help at all. We was told by the night manager there is no cctv that covers our door only then to be told by another there is. I don’t know what games they are playing but I’m not happy at all.

Hampton San Antonio River Walk 414 Bowie Street, San Antonio 78205 I am Hilton honors Diamond member and travel globally and stay frequently at Hilton brands. I never ever in my life expected to be treated so bad by the Assistant Manager at this hotel Ms Crenshaw. I had gone to the hotel for short break with my family and booked 2 rooms. I used the Digital key app to check inn and arrived 1pm fully expecting the rooms not to be ready. The staff on check in said they would be ready for 4pm. We returned from sight seeing at 6.30pm and had the misfortune to meet Ms Crenshaw on reception who seem to take delight on telling me the room was not ready had no ideas when it would be ready and said my only option was room on 1st floor which i did not want to take. I told her i was Diamond member she just laughed and said so what it mean nothing I'm offering you a room do you want it or not. After a very uncomfortable conversation that played out in full in reception area in which she sought to further humiliates me in front of my family and the general public I felt i had no choice to accept the only room she was prepared to offer me, i reluctantly agreed but said i would take it further the next day at that point she cancelled both rooms and order all of us out of the hotel. I was speechless and now roomless with children at 7pm at night. As we were leaving we could here her happily laughing at the hurt she caused us with her colleagues on reception. I took up the matter with Hilton Diamond customer services and the hotel manager got in touch. She had not fully investigated thinking I had cancelled because i was not offered the room i booked. I asked her to check the CCTV Ms Crenshaw could clearly be seen ordering us out, other reception staff collaborated events that i did not cancel the rooms. I asked for compensation the hotel manager was deluded enough to think adequate compensation was not to charge me for the rooms. After further complaint she then changed her position to say I was offered the 1st floor room this was an absolute lie the managers name was Kirstel Crow who is now part of the disgraceful treatment I had at this hotel. There is a systemic management failure here a total disregard for loyalty to the Hilton Honors program and a damn right sickening attitude toward resolution and is the reason i am wring this review. I would not want anyone to suffer a similar experience to the one we were subjected to
