Hilton Hotels & ResortsReviews of hamptoninn3.hilton.com

Nice hotel clean and tidy , but did not appreciate the cleaners bagging my property etc , including contents from mu fridge because they hadn't spoke to staff about our check out . Staff gave our clothes back , but wasn't offered any compensation for the inconvenience and embrassement

The Hampton Inn we again stayed in in Irvine Ca is still allowing people to smoke a few feet from the frt doors, so the lobby smells like smoke at times. Other than that Im no fan of whatever those scrambled eggs are, and why have only frozen butter available for toast? Good coffee and corn flakes. Room very adequate. Mostly friendly staff.

Jamie, Simran, and Jolson wonderfully kind and polite. I trusted my Hilton honors app to give me the best rate for a two night stay but the app is not designed to work out whether two separate bookings for two nights is a lot cheaper. I have a bone to pick with the app because other apps for various services like hotel and trains work out the best rate and then offer it to you without you having to play detective to outwit the app. As expected the manager Lucy explained it was not something she could check or had control over and I suspect the GM will also send me a polite reply when I write to him without offering the difference of fare had I made two separate bookings. I shouldn't have to book separately for two consecutive nights to be sure that I am being offered the next rate for each of two nights. The app in fact "punishes" you for booking a longer stay, but suggests you re getting the best price but the reality is if you look at the rate for the room for each of two nights before or after booking for two consecutive nights inevitably with the Hilton app you ll find you were outwitted by paying more because you wanted to make one booking for your entire stay. The system then is set up to fib you off as ofcourse the staff at the hotel itself have no control or power over how the powers that be use an app that is designed to profit the overall brand at the expense of a customer. The app should at the very least suggest that making two separate booking could be cheaper than booking two nights together. This is a well kept secret and many have fallen prey to it. This particular hotel is very nice overall quiet so though the walls in many of the rooms are not sufficiently sound proof but the staff that I mentioned by name were very kind. Ladt but not least a special mention also to Maria M who did a fantastic job of cleaning my room. I would definitely stay here again but the Hilton honors app as I say penalises you if you book a long stay by charging you more than if you book each night separately and it often is that way and it is wrong and needs to be corrected as the brand will ultimately lose good loyal professional customers.

We booked an executive room, the bed was huge, the shower was great but the base was slippy, the tv was humongous and usless. The mirror was huge.. everything else was a bit blah. What have a massive mirror without a power point near it or shelf, completely useless. Why have awful pillow protectors.why have a Smeg fridge that is broken and smells!! Why offer hot breakfast when it's very basic at the very least and deny customers said breakfast.. on the blurb in the room it states breakfast may finish at 10 am but that is subject to how busy it is. I have never been to hotel that finishes breakfast at 10 am. We were treated very badly today as was another customer but your staff got a hot breakfast and a brew!! As for customer service, not so much.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Bristol Airport. It was expensive but we hoped it would make a nice treat at the start of our holiday. We were so disappointed! There were some good things - convenient location, comfortable bed & it was clean. But we found the room small, airless & the breakfast was the worst I've ever had - avoid the waffles at all costs! The staff were polite but seemed tired & overstretched.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Bristol airport at the beginning of October. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable. The food was awful. This is the second time we have stayed there and it wasn’t great the first time. Everything tastes reheated, processed or fried. My pasta sauce tasted like something you might find in a jar, not what I expected for the venue or the price. Hilton are missing a trick here, most people who stay are a captive audience, unless they want to drive or taxi somewhere else. I won’t be eating here again and won’t be staying here because of that. The pillows are far too soft, really difficult to get comfortable. Feather pillows are ok at home for some, but these don’t work.

I'm writing this to let others know. That if you sign up for their rewards your phone will get slammed with telemarketers. Yes they have gone on record that they have nothing to do with this, but why did i go from little to no robo calls to getting slammed almost over night after signing up for the service by people representing themselves as Hilton employees? To put this short I simply do not trust them.

I stayed two nights at the Hilton. The room was fairly small but clean. Sadly the room shared the wall with the elevator, so it was very inconvenient because of the constant noise. The phone in the room was not working. I reported it at the front desk and they said they will change it, they didn't but just fixed it but the next morning, there was no dial tone again. I reported it again, it was never fixed. Otherwise, great scenery outside hotel, close to great restaurants but pretty far from the falls. Live music in the restaurant below.
