I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Bristol, via Hotels.com which gave a good review, i found checking in process slow, I had a drink in the bar, some guests i noticed i think was on a stag night, and one was dressed which had sexual material on his t shirt, the Hotel staff though this was funny and did nothing, (01/10/22 at 19:35 check CCTV) other guests with families did not and left, the room had issues, lack of basic facilitys black mould in bathroom Bed was harder then the floor, Breakfast there was little left at 07:15. best avoid this Hotel

The Hampton Inn in Buckhead was just what we were looking for! Close to downtown, the sights, and all else that makes the ATL the best city in the USA.

Hampton Inn Tampa/Rocky Point Airport. 3035 N Rocky Point Drive Tampa FL33607 - I booked a 1 night stay there and thinking that it would be a great experience especially for the $190+ I paid for one night. Sadly, this experience was like staying at one of the low quality Days Inn (I have been in those too!) hotels. For the $190 I was very disappointed. The room was at best an average equivalent of a low cost hotel. The fridge made an incessant continuous buzz - until we turned it off to actually be able to sleep. The 'tea' in reception was a nice gesture that it was free... but at 6:00pm was cold and useless. We expected a much higher level of quality of the room. The 'included' breakfast was a hot breakfast but again very average and even included at the price we remained disappointed. Its a 1 night stay - thankfully, (I booked one night on the basis of booking a second one if it was all good) and we'll never go back - ever. I can't understand how this hotel has such a high cost for such an average to low quality hotel. I have seen reviews where some 'rave' about how great this hotel is, but honestly from my experience those are either false reviews or their customer base will put up with crazy overpriced low quality facilities like these were. I hope this review helps someone out there.

I stayed at Hampton Inn Lordsburg, and they provided an excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and well maintained, breakfast was great and reception desk and breakfast area employees were fantastic (respectful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable).

Doubletree by Hilton Darwin esplanade.We were told our Qantas plane was now at 2.00am so needed extra time at the hotel. When we checked in told all good it would cost $20.00 an hour extra. We confirmed we would need our room for extra 9 hours cost $180 After a couple of days to confirm our plans we were told there were no vacancies but however if we would book for an extra night they could accommodate us at a cost of $450 dollars Will never stay at a Hilton again

MADE A NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION ON LINE BY MISTAKE. TRIED TO CANCEL LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER FOR A RESERVATION 3 WEEKS FROM NOW. NO REFUND. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME. WILL NEVER STAY AT HILTON OR HAMPTON AGAIN.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton at 3400 Northlake Parkway NE in Atlanta GA. When I first walked in it stinked as if the rugs had flooded and they did not allow it to dry also it smelled like smoke. It was lake so I stated. I woke up with a BED AND HEAD BOARD FULL OF BED BUGS. When I went down to the front desk and told them that I had a problem, they stated let me guess BED BUGS. I took one don to her in a napkin. I spoke with the manager and he promised to give me my money back. I later called the general manager and she wanted proof and she could not believe that one of her people said that. This was the worst hotel/motel ever. I want my money back and they do not have to ever worry about me again. Also my cousin was staying with me and she had to go to the hospital because she had an allergic reaction to the bites and still nothing. i gave them a rating of a 1 but it should have been zero.

Grand theft under their watch In reference to my previous review regarding the grand theft that happened under their watch because of their failure to keep our property safe, they have further failed to completely own responsibility to this incident. I have been following up with the Rapid city police regarding the crime and the individual responsible has been apprehended and some of the properties recovered but I have not heard if Hampton Inn nor Hilton hotels is filing a complaint to make this individual pay for his crime. Totally unacceptable.
